Bryan Schnepf, Fractional Growth Executive & Strategic Advisor

Bryan Schnepf founded Mercury HealthTech to bridge the gap between complex clinical innovation and sustainable commercial growth. With a career spanning over 35 years of global leadership, Bryan serves as a fractional executive for innovators who require seasoned oversight to navigate the high-stakes digital transformation of healthcare.


Most recently, as Senior Vice President of Growth Marketing at Caregility, Bryan was instrumental in architecting the company’s rise as a top-tier acute virtual care provider. His focus on brand value and thought leadership helped secure a dominant position in the global enterprise telehealth market. This followed a high-impact tenure at Hyland Software, where he revitalized the healthcare vertical’s strategic vision and led the global product marketing for a complex enterprise imaging portfolio, including vendor-neutral archives and universal viewers.


During his 18-year tenure at Philips Healthcare, Bryan accumulated a rare depth of global experience across medical devices, imaging modalities, and clinical informatics. He was a foundational leader for market-leading brands such as the IntelliSpace portfolio and the HealthSuite digital platform. This period honed his ability to direct cross-functional global teams and manage the intricate balance between upstream product development and downstream market execution.


Bryan’s career began in the highly competitive imaging sector at Konica Minolta, where he championed the company’s first digital image management start-up. This early experience in strategic alliances, regulatory compliance, and vendor contracting provided the 'founder-level' perspective that he now brings to every advisory engagement.
